My family counseling services are designed to help families overcome challenges related to communication, conflict, and other issues. I work with families to identify strengths and weaknesses, improve communication and problem-solving skills, and develop a stronger sense of cohesion and support.
In addition to individual therapy, I offer parenting consultations designed to strengthen family communication, build deeper connections, and promote overall wellness within the family dynamic.
I utilize a variety of play therapy techniques, including expressive art, puppet play, sand tray therapy, and talk therapy, to help clients process their emotions, enhance problem-solving skills, and foster a positive self-concept.
